We prefer Air Center over the original manufacturer’s service center because Air Center always seems to strive to provide quick communication and the quickest turnaround time they can. The Air Center staff even alerted me when I shipped a tool that was meant to go to the manufacturer’s service center and just forwarded the tool from their site saving me about a week in time getting the tool shipped back and sending it to the correct site. They have even had one of their repair techs call me to answer technical questions not related to a repair.
